About Us

Nile River Software was founded in 2021, and we've just released our debut game, Invaders from the Third Dimension, in 2023. The game was designed and coded by 1 person in his spare time, while working on business applications as a day job.

Nile River Software will continue to release more games that upgrade the retro experience. Our next game will be another shoot 'em up with added features like animated 3D models and ground targets.

Why are we named after the Nile River?

The Nile is the longest river in the world, and we aim to become the world's largest software company.
